My name is Mohammad Asif Khan Khilji. I have a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Karachi. I have a great deal of experience in customer services, both local and international.
I have 5 years of experience in Ibex Global where I used to handle calls from US and Canada-based customers. I have experience of providing details of extended warranties on electronic devices, diligently assess customer’s problem and process claim according to the coverage available on the warranty. Beside calls, I also have experience of communicating with customers through emails and chats.
