Job Description
SNJ Global Services, a leading and rapidly expanding company in Karachi, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Software Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of our software sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of sales strategies, software solutions, and the ability to translate complex product features into compelling sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continually update training programs focused on software sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that cover the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to stay informed about new software features, updates, and market trends, integrating this knowledge into training materials.
- Evaluate the performance of sales representatives through assessments and provide individualized coaching to address specific areas for improvement.
- Develop and utilize a variety of training methods, including role-playing, workshops, e-learning modules, and live demonstrations.
- Track and document the progress of trainees, adjusting training programs as necessary to meet the evolving needs of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Software Sales Trainer or in a similar role within the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies specific to software products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex software features in an accessible and persuasive manner.
- Experience in creating and delivering both in-person and virtual sales training programs.
- Ability to assess trainee performance and provide actionable feedback to drive improvement.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis in the software industry is an advantage.
