Job Description

SNJ Global Services, a fast-growing and innovative call center based in Karachi, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring our call center agents on DME-related processes, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. This role requires a deep understanding of the DME industry, effective communication skills, and the ability to create and deliver training programs that drive success.

Key Responsibilities​

  • Develop, implement, and update training programs for call center agents focused on DME processes and products.
  • Conduct training sessions covering essential DME knowledge, compliance regulations, and best practices for customer interactions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of agents, providing feedback and additional training where necessary to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify areas of improvement and tailor training programs accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, materials, and agent progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products to ensure training content is current and relevant.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a DME Trainer or in a similar training role within the healthcare or call center industry.
  • Strong understanding of the DME industry, including products, compliance, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to evaluate and adapt training methods based on agent performance and feedback.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with call center operations and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and training software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant compliance standards is an advantage.
