SNJ Global Services, a dynamic and growing company based in PECHS, Karachi, is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities‚Äč

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer calls as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, policies, and procedures.


  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Familiarity with call center performance metrics.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
