  • Handle incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to leads to drive sales opportunities.
  • Provide prompt and personalized assistance to existing clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer base.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to offer relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in meeting changing business needs and customer demands.


  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey product/service features and benefits.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of our industry, including digital marketing, web development, or graphic design, is advantageous.
  • Experience with sales techniques, such as consultative selling or relationship-based selling.
