Job Description

SNJ Global Services is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Accounts professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial health of the company. Key Responsibilities​

  • Assist with Day-to-Day Accounting Tasks: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, making payments, and tracking expenses.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in accounting software and maintain up-to-date records of financial activities.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile Accounts: Perform bank reconciliations and verify that financial transactions match account statements.
  • Support Audit Activities: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage Documentation: Organize and file financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and contracts, ensuring easy access and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with Budgeting: Help in the preparation of budgets, track budget performance, and provide support for financial forecasting and planning.
  • Handle Financial Queries: Address financial inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal departments.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills and attention to detail.
  • Good Communication Skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities and the ability to handle financial discrepancies effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Financial Reporting and preparing financial statements.
  • Knowledge of Tax Regulations and compliance.
  • Familiarity with Accounting Standards and best practices.
